In an application such as boat propulsion, with its reliability requirements and space restrictions, MCI look for the engines that stand out for its installation simplicity – thanks to the great variety of options and accessories – and the design that is clean and simple and provides quick access to any part of the engine. Therefore, we have chosen John Deere propulsion engines, which, in addition to that, generate high torque at low speed, develop power and propels a boat with great speed from the start. These are the engines with easy maintenance, quiet operation and low vibrations.
John Deere propulsion engines are for any type of application: marine, with a power range from 60 to 559 kW; auxiliary generator set, with a range from 40 to 417 kW, and the versions from 1500 rpm (50 Hz) and 1800 rpm (60 Hz); and for the auxiliary systems such as pumps, winches, cranes, etc.
Our engines have all the approvals and certifications required nowadays: IMO, DNV, RINA, CCNR, etc.

MCI is aware of all of the needs of the industrial vehicle manufacturers: an engine that offers the perfect balance between high performance, fuel economy, reliability and durability in adverse environments, apart from the considerable low sound and vibration levels. Besides that, emission standards are taken into account in the most varied applications, such as: loaders, excavators, drill rigs, crushers, compactors, compressors, forklift trucks, etc.
In the power range from 36kW to 677 kW, MCI offers John Deere engines, the compact engines that achieve the highest power levels thanks to (besides other elements) diverse turbo settings and advanced electronic systems.
Our engines, equipped with particle filters, meet the Stage V emissions standard that came into force in 2020. Moreover, they have all official authorizations and certifications demanded nowadays: European Regulation 2016/1628 – CE for industrial applications or TA-LUFT for generator sets.

The heart of a generator exposed to a heavy / prime use and to the adverse environmental conditions is its trademark. Because of that, MCI look for engines of proven reliability and durability, that are easy to install and have a low noise and vibration levels: a generator set ready to be shipped to any part of the world.
These requirements are met by John Deere engines, also available as a power unit with radiator, engines with maximum power density in small sizes and with a wide variety of options depending on the application. John Deere engines for generator sets cover a power range from 30 to 500 kVA PRIME, with the cylinder capacities from 2.9 L to 13.6 L, and in 50Hz and 60 Hz.
Depending on the destination country and the application, the generators are available both without emissions certification and certified, in compliance with such regulations as European EU Phase V and American EPA Tier 4.
