\n MCI PROPULSION Y ENERGIA SAS<\/strong>\n<\/strong>, founded in 2023 as a branch of TDMED POWER SYSTEMS SLU, is an engineering company dedicated to the propulsion of marine and land vehicles and energy generation in situ. Therefore, MCI is associated with manufacturers that are leaders in combustion engines development, transmissions and axles, offering a complete \u201cPower Pack\u201d to shipyards and machinery manufacturers. <\/p>

MCI is recognized for its applications engineering. Its engineers collaborate with the manufacturers and machinery users in a very direct way, which allows them to make modifications, prototypes and achieve new machine developments that are not available on the market and where our engines and transmissions can be a solution. <\/p>

MCI, being based in Bogot\u00e1, operates in the LATAM market and has affiliates in Madrid, Lisbon, Izmir and Istanbul.<\/p>

    In MCI we work in a way that our technical solutions of a product adapt to the necessities of each professional application, installing new equipment, performing engine replacements or modifying the hardware and software of the electronic systems.<\/p>

    Focused on guiding manufacturers and final users, we look for the viable technical solutions according to the particular needs of every application, performing following functions: <\/p>

    • Clarification of technical specifications and analysis of a product for engine and automatic gearboxes application.<\/li>
    • Drawings for the application and assembly.<\/li>
    • Engineering calculations provided by the equipment that consists of our products.<\/li>
    • Validation of a project and operational parameters.<\/li>
    • Performance of the application and adaptation projects, from the design process to the final installation in the vehicles and industrial equipment.<\/li>
    • Clarification and design of the auxiliary equipment for the control and installation required for the application.<\/li><\/ul>

      The designs or the components developed by MCI are checked by the program CAD and then sent to our professionals for further production.<\/p>

      Aside from the selection of the suitable components for each design of the machine, we guarantee the functioning in accordance with the key technical values. At last, we validate these values during an exhaustive control of application. <\/p>

      In MCI we have a team of technicians specialized in each of the manufacturers of the equipment that we represent and offer to our clients, technicians that constantly update their knowledge and skills directly from the manufacturers.<\/p>

      Within our 4 subsidiaries we make more than 1.500 annual interventions, both in our workshops and clients\u00b4 installations.<\/p>

      For that, in Madrid we have the most advanced operation technology, as 2 engine test benches up to 1.200 c.v. and 4.300 c.v., with automatic transmission test bench up to 400 c.v. and a resistor bank up to 1.000 kVA\u00b4s.<\/p>

      We have a network of workshops located along the entire area of South America.<\/p>

      The original parts from our represented companies guarantee reliability and durability of our engines. The filters are the key to the efficient output. <\/p>

      We recommend using exclusively original filters of our represented companies, as they were designed specifically for its engine. The oil filters, fuel and AC prevent the entrance of harmful particles in the engine and reduce the consumption of fuel. Dirty filters can increase the consumption of fuel up to 5% per each filter, hence it is profitable replacing the filters when it\u00b4s time for them to be changed. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
